We came really late and the boss was already gone - but it was not a problem. The friendly staff called her. We had a nice and short conversation, then... read more I gave her my number and we corresponded via WhatsApp. The next day everything was ready for us to rent two Scooters for 5 days. It was a very fast and easy process. Paying was possible by card or in cash. Also you don‘t need to place a deposit. 2 days later when we returned from a trip, one Scooter suddenly had a problem (the engine died over and over again, even while driving). I wrote to the boss via WhatsApp and she replied, that in one hour she‘ll have a new Scooter ready for us. So we drove directly to the company and changed the Scooter within a few minutes. Bringing the Scooters back was as easy and fast as renting them. We can totally recommend that company. Great customer service, extremely friendly, helpful and very flexibel. Oh - and did I mention the great prices? Well, it was the end of the season, but still they were cheaper than everybody else! Thanks Georgia and staff!
